Observations

Dug pit on SE aspect at 11,300’ on the shoulder of Baldy slightly above the final saddle.
ECTN 4 at 10cm
ECTN 12 at 22cm
ECTP 23 at 38cm
Great tour in all. It was evident that things are going to change in the next few days of warming. Significant glopping during the morning skin up through the lower Baldy meadows as well as during skiing. All aspects off of the upper SF Baldy ridge had shed wet loose slides in the last 2 days without significant propogation. Let’s hope things stabilize before another round of snow.

Comments: 
Significant wind loading present on all leeward slopes. There was 4-10” low density fresh resting on top of a 2” thick ice-density wind slab.
