Observations

Ravens Ridge near Ski Santa Fe, north aspect, 12,005', near treeline, 40°, profile and stability tests. I did not ski or ski cut any steep slopes.

Snow pack appears to be trending toward greater stability, although a persistent weak layer of faceted crystals remains roughly 20 above the ground. The interface between the faceted layer and the rounds above has become less reactive. Snow pit data posted on Snow Pilot. Note, this information precedes last nights 7" of new snow (3/23-3/24).
