Observations

Solo trip to Wildy Bowl via WLT, hoping for nice skiing on a north aspect. While some of the approach had nice conditions on the north/northeast aspect, the bowl itself had a pretty strong but inconsistent wind crust, supportable in some areas, so even though the pit looked decent I decided not to ascend farther and ski within the bowl. Observed two sets of prior tracks into and out of Wildy.

CT15@43, RP, that graupel layer from late November strikes again. Fairly decent snow below the wind crust, down to the apparent freeze-melt crust above the graupel. See pit profile and photo attached.
