Went out to nambe for a ski before the new storm changes the conditions we’re dealing with. The upper portions were ~6” of knife hard pressed windslab over rocks with expected basal facets. The lower stretches and north westerly aspects of the bowl were highly wind textured. The northerly lower aprons had a layer of windslab measuring less than an inch to about four inches. These were sitting on top of ~6 inches of facets, on top of a knife hard crust. We did not experience any shooting cracks. My partner said that she felt a collapse in the flats.
