Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

At 12k', 1400-hr, north aspect, top of K4: Tsurf 0, T10 -1.5, T20 -3.5, and steady down to T100 -4.  Didn't measure below 100cm.  Objective was to evaluate snow temps as they relate to stability on same aspect & elevation for planned tour to Vallecitos.

Skied couloir on SE side of Kachina and a steeper pitch below His on SE end of Wildy.  Skiing was as nice as Spring skiing gets.  Ski penetrations were no more than 4".  Got a couple isolated and small wet loose to run 30-60' on pitches >40-degree.   Saw some larger wet loose slides in upper mid section of Wildy, likely less than 48-hrs old.
