More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Went out for a tour in Long Canyon. Below tree line the snowpack is at its most shallow. On solar aspects below tree line we found various faceted crusts. Overnight we picked up an additional 2 inches of snow. Near and above tree line we had wind slabs from our christmas eve storm. We were finding thicker wind slabs on north and east aspects on leeward sides of ridges, between 1 and two feet. Small grained facets in between slabs, as well as the graupel layer make up the mid pack. In the shallower snowpack, we continue to find basal facets. In steep terrain, we observed a couple loose snow sluffs.     العناية بالبشرة
