More detailed information about the snowpack:

Generally stable, Spring conditions.  Recent storm totals from the April 26-30 storm cycle were 10-15 inches.  Storm snow came in three waves, along with moderate winds on the 28th, 29th and as the storm moved east on the 30th.  Storm snow layers were well bonded within and to the previous surface.  Top of Kachina/Main Street was holding windloaded pockets 8-10" deep or less among scoured areas where frozen moguls were present, light winds from the w-sw were keeping the summit cool.

Rollover into K9 was windslab about 10" deep, below rollover storm layer was <6" deep consisting of perfect consistency corn snow at 10am with temps in low 40s.  Apron and lower Wildy slide path were a bit deeper in places, and similar crossing to east side of Kachina towards the pond.
