Beacon Problem TSV Feb 21st - Feb 27th
02/21/2017 to 02/27/2017
Here's the New Beacon Problem for Feb 21st - Feb 27th:
You and your partner are touring inbounds at TSV after the season ends. You guys are practicing good travel techniques when traveling on Honeysuckle below all the avalanche paths above you. Your partner is front of you 100' when you notice someone dropping into Hidalgo above you on Highline Ridge triggering a Wet Slab avalanche. By the time you yell to your partner it's too late for them to get out of the way and they are swept and buried in Walky Bowl.
Begin you search at the Point of Last Seen on Honeysuckle and find your parnter. No need to dig up the beacon, PROBE THE STRIKE BOARD ONLY.
